Stuffed Pita

Cheers to a meat-free Monday meal that's as simple as it is satisfying! Try stuffing a pita pocket with our juicy Lemon & Herb Chicken-Style Strips and drizzle with tzatziki. 🥙


  • 1 packet Plantry Chicken-Style Lemon and Herb Strips
  • 2 Pita breads
  • Cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • Lettuce


  • 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
  • 1/2 cucumber grated, excess water drained
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil


  1. To make the tzatziki, in a small bowl mix together the cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon juice and olive oil.
  2. Cook the Plantry Chicken-Style Lemon and Herb Strips as per pack instructions.
  3. To assemble the pita, cut the pita bread in half and toast until warmed through. Fill the pita bread with the cooked Chicken-Style Strips, tomato, cucumber, lettuce and drizzle with the tzatziki sauce.
