Vegan Korean Fried Chicken

KFC...no not that kind - Korean Fried Chicken. So good it'll have you licking the plate clean, who could pass up on this one?
Ingredients
- 2x Plantry Chicken Style Burgers
- Sesame seeds, to serve
Korean Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp Korean chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- White rice, to serve
- Spring onion, to garnish
Method
- To make the Korean sauce, combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk consistently until the sauce boils, set aside.
- Prepare Plantry Chicken Style Burgers as per pack instructions and cut into small bite size pieces.
- Toss cooked chicken burger bites in the sauce then serve on a bed of rice topped with sesame seeds and spring onion.
