Vegan Asian Goodness Bowl

  • 150g Plantry Chicken Style Strips
  • 100g cooked brown rice
  • 30g shredded red cabbage,
  • 30g julienned carrot
  • 20g bean sprouts
  • 20g sliced red capsicum
  • 40g snow peas
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • Coriander, sesame seeds & lime wedge, to serve

Peanut Dressing

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar


  1. 1. Prepare Plantry Chicken Style Strips as per pack instructions.
  2. To make the peanut dressing, in a small bowl whisk together all of the peanut dressing ingredients. If too thick, add a little more water.
  3. To assemble the bowl, place the rice in the middle then in a clockwise direction, place the chicken strips then the fresh ingredients in sections.
  4. Drizzle with peanut dressing, then top with coriander, sesame seeds and lime wedge.
