Fakeaway has never looked or tasted better with this classic vegan burger. Served with sweet potato chips and vegan aioli, you won't have to compromise on taste for your next Meat-Free Monday meal.
Ingredients
- 1 x Plantry Chicken Style Burger Patty
- 1 x Gourmet Vegan Bun
Simple Burger Sauce
- 1/4 cup (60g) Praise Vegan Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp finely diced pickles
- 1 tbsp finely diced onion
- Sriracha, to taste
To Serve
- Sliced fresh vegetables of choice
- Cos lettuce, tomatoes, red onion
- 1 x vegan cheese slice
- Sweet potato chips
- Praise Vegan Aioli, to serve
Method
- Cook Plantry Vegan Chicken Style Burger Patty as per pack instructions.
- To make the burger sauce, mix together the Praise Vegan Mayonnaise, tomato sauce, pickles, onions and sriracha in a small bowl.
- Toast the buns then assemble the burger, layering the sauce, patty, cheese and vegetables.
- Serve with a side of sweet potato chips and Praise Vegan Aioli.
