Ingredients
- 150g Plantry Chicken Style Strips
- 100g cooked brown rice
- 30g shredded red cabbage,
- 30g julienned carrot
- 20g bean sprouts
- 20g sliced red capsicum
- 40g snow peas
- 1/2 an avocado
- Coriander, sesame seeds & lime wedge, to serve
Peanut Dressing
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
Method
- 1. Prepare Plantry Chicken Style Strips as per pack instructions.
- To make the peanut dressing, in a small bowl whisk together all of the peanut dressing ingredients. If too thick, add a little more water.
- To assemble the bowl, place the rice in the middle then in a clockwise direction, place the chicken strips then the fresh ingredients in sections.
- Drizzle with peanut dressing, then top with coriander, sesame seeds and lime wedge.
